LUXURY PICNIC

Our Luxury  rental picnics create the perfect environment to connect with a spouse or a group of friends.  We provide the set up, and collect all the décor and place settings.  Making it easy for you to hav a stunning event without all the work.  We are located in Loxley Alabama and service Baldwin County.  For inquiries outside of Baldwin County please contact us via email.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Decide on a Theme (Bohemian, Pretty in Pink, or Sip ‘n Paint)
  2. Pick picnic type through Booqable(Luxury picnic or Bubble Tent picnic) with the click of a button. Be sure to check out available Add Ons.  We will reach out to answer any questions or send an invoice for $25 non-refundable deposit.
  3. We will follow up 1 week before the reserved date to make sure you have all that you need to accommodate your party. We will review any Add Ons you may want and confirm headcount and final charges before sending our remaining party balance. 
  4. Balance must be paid in full 5 days before your reservation.

SETUP + LOCATION

Takes place at agreed upon time.  We will need you to show us where to set up.  It can be set up inside or outside.  Renter is responsible for selecting location and getting permission to set up if it isn’t at a public place.  If picnic is inside, please provide us with a picture of the area we will be setting up.  If you choose a local park or beach, please do a site visit beforehand to ensure a good spot.  We have many items that are involved in each rental and if there are multiple flights of stairs, sand/dunes, or hikes there will be an extra fee that will be charged before your party.  The fee will vary depending on what’s involved.

Group picnics range from 3-10 people.  If your party is larger than 10 please contact us via email so we can make sure we can accommodate your party.

Bubble tent picnics accommodate 2-6 people.  Our Bubble Tents are size 10×10.  Bubble tent picnics come with full picnic set up(picnic table, pillows, throws, flatware, napkins, plates, string lights, mini Bluetooth speaker, 1 table top game, ice bucket, and wine.)

Sip ‘n paint parties range for 2-10 people.  For parties larger than 10, please contact us via email to make sure we can accommodate your party.  In addition to the picnic set up, each member of your party will incur a $20 fee for canvas, paint supplies, and easels.

Custom aesthetics require a mandatory call/consultation with management.  Custom decor begins at $150.  This will cover the consultation, planning and styling of the affair.  This fee, along with the cost of purchasing personalized décor items will be sent in a separate invoice.
